Highly recommend this shower head! It was super easy to install. No leaks. I love that we can change the spray settings to full body to just a trickle and absolutely love the massage settings. It's really a great product for a wonderful value.

I wanted to replace my one of the shower head. It has five different settings that can be use based on the preferences. However, the color looks really simple. One of the thing that I have noticed that the water pressure does not change from the replacing it. It looks really simple and work as needed.

Looks great, very easy to install. It has 6 different sprays which is very nice. It does get the job. I like the white color fits perfectly in my bathroom. I would recommend this shower head to my family and friends.

I received waterpik’s white PowerSpray+. This is a small shower head with 6 different sprays. My favorite is the full body and massage! Easy to read pictures on the shower head. Along with a grey spinner to change the shower head to the different sprays. Quick and easy to spin! This was so easy to switch out from my old shower head! No leaks and it even has a water saver trickle as one of the sprays. Light weight and durable shower head. I didn’t have any water pressure until I tried this new shower head. I love it defiantly recommend.

Very simple but powerful and so easy to connect. It’s good for a small shower room. It’s not convenient if you decided to clean walls after shower since it has no long wire or extension. Good to have it for extra bathroom.

Very easy to install, I didn't even need Teflon tape. This device has 6 settings, and one of them is "water-saving trickle". Saves me money on my water bill, for when I don't need water blasting me. It's a good idea on Waterpik's part.

I really love the Waterpik Power Spray + with 6 sprays. It was easy to install and is very flexible and easy to adjust to the various spray settings. My favorite spray settings are the Full Body and the Full Body + Massage, although I like them all except for the water-saving trickle, which I realize would be very useful with severe water restrictions.

Q: I have one of the SM-621E and had the goose neck first - I loved it & kept it even after I broke the ring with the multiple holes while cleaning the hard water out of the small holes. Is there ANY WAY I can get a new ring. for my goose neck shower head?
