An excellent shower head. A good variety of nozzle selections. Not hot tub pressure but plenty for a single shower head and getting shampoo washed out and shower walls sprayed down. Hope the easy-cleaning directions for the nozzles work. I ordered 2 more for the rest of the house. There's only one place you can get it. Only WaterPik is allowed to tell you. Search comments below.

A: Hello FrankAZ - Due to Federal regulations, there cannot be a function that will fully turn off the water flow at the shower head. However, we have designed the trickle mode to have a flow rate low enough to allow you to conserve water while you lather, shave, or shampoo.

Q: Where can i buy an adhesive backed bracket to be able to mount the shower head in lower area of wall. All the brackets I have tried are too small for this unit.

Q: Is it okay to use without filter screen? Shower head only works without it I have no idea why…

A: Hello - Unless the filter screen is in need of cleaning, it does not impede the water flow. It should remain installed as it filters out large particles from your water supply that can clog the shower head. You may actually be referring to the flow regulator.
