A: Hello Bryar - To adjust the spray settings on the Power Wand between the hand held spray, fixed mount spray, or both at once, simply turn the knob on the diverter clockwise or counterclockwise.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the main shower head so that it aims more straight down (instead of hitting the opposite tub wall)?

A: Hello - We sincerely apologize for the delay in our reply. Loosen the collar on the bracket and then move the shower head to the position desired then re-tighten the base collar.
