Q: how do I adjust the pivot ball to direct the spray down?

A: Hello - To adjust the angle, loosen the collar on the bracket and then move the shower head to the position desired then re-tighten the base collar.

Q: I need a second holder...prefer a suction type...so that I can use my water pick XRO-763 while sitting. I have purchased a generic from Amazon, but it was too small in diameter to hold the wand. Do you have a suggestion?
