Misleading

As with other reviewers, this shower head only has two sprays. Instructions indicate the tab will move left and right and it only moves right. I called customer service and was put on hold, then disconnected. The hose is very stiff. I hope with use it will loosen up. I will be replacing the shower head soon; not as advertised!

We recommend using it daily for 2-3 weeks to allow the hose to relax. The shower head also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. very disappointed

I just bought this shower head thinking it was a good one. I've had a WaterPik shower head in the past and it was excellent. Unfortunately THIS shower head doesn't turn rotate left and right. It only rotates to the right and then left back to the original setting. The manual states it rotates to the left and to the right. Very disappointing. So it basically only has 2 sprays, unless you count the toggle switch as 2 more sprays. There is no pulsating massage and you don't get the power spray and massage. It has water coming out the outside at regular speed - which could be the power spray - and then just the water coming out the middle but not a pulsating massage.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Do not purchase

I would give this a zero if avail. It only has 2 setting but advertises 4. Returned it once thinking it was defective but new one is the same! Will return and buy something else.

What you would expect for the price

It was super easy to install, but like others have discovered, it only truly has two settings, the combined power spray/pulse just aint' there. Also, I wish that the shower head would swivel on the hose as the hose is VERY stiff and inflexible. I'm hoping it will loosen up. This will do until I find a better one.

No massage spray at all

Package claims to have 4 sprays, including a pulsating massage and a hybrid Spray + Massage, however there is no apparent way to turn on the massage option. The trickle button works, but the massage never comes on under any selection. Tried to look up online how to use it and only found a bunch of angry reviews from other customers confirming that some of these options are missing or do not work. Very disappointed at such a basic and blatant failure.

When looking at the face of the shower head, the Full Body setting is at 6 o'clock, the Full Body + Massage setting is at 5 o'clock, and the Pulsating Massage setting is at 4 o'clock.
